Note: Worker’s Compensation claims require the “First Report of Injury” be filed with the carrier within 48 hours of the incident in most cases. Reach out to us or your carrier as soon as you become aware of an employee injury.
AFTER business hours
It’s always best to start the claim as soon as possible. If the incident happens after hours or on the weekend, you can contact the insurance company directly (look at your insurance card/policy or find some carrier info below) or start the claim on our mobile insurance app which also allows you to immediately upload relevant photos.
