Mortgage Application Checklist
Whether you apply online or in person, there are a number documents in addition to the application itself that you’ll need to gather in order to complete the application process.
Bring the following documents when you meet with your mortgage specialist to complete your file:
- Tax returns for the last 2 years (if self-employed)
- Bank statements from the last two months
- Pay stubs from the last 30 days
- Signed copy of the real estate purchase agreement (if applicable)

Business and Farm Loans
In order to provide the financing best suited for your business or farm operation, we need to better understand your complete financial situation and will ask you for some documentation in addition to a standard loan application.
Existing Businesses
- Personal financial statements for all owner of the business and guarantors
- Two years of personal tax returns for all owners of the business and guarantors
- Two years of tax returns for the business
New Businesses or Start Ups
- Personal financial statements for all owner of the business and guarantors
- Two years of personal tax returns for all owners of the business and guarantors
- Business plan that includes a summary of the business and projections for revenues and expenses
