Positive Pay

Minimize risk to your business by using Positive Pay services with controls that help prevent check and ACH fraud. Use this guide to help you get started.

  • How does Positive Pay work to monitor paper-based check fraud?

Positive Pay compares and verifies the checks you issue to the checks presented for payment against your account. If a check does not match your issue file, you can review the item and select to pay or return the check through our online system.

  • How does Positive Pay work against ACH fraud?

Positive Pay includes an ACH Alert service that monitors ACH debit activity and notifies you of any unauthorized or potentially fraudulent transactions based on account parameters which you can customize.

Alert notifications regarding suspicious transaction allows you to reject any potentially fraudulent ACH debits.

  • How do I learn more about Positive Pay?
