Online Deposit

Scan checks or money orders, upload the electronic images to a secure website and we’ll credit your account the next business day. Store check images and transaction history, and report on customers’ payment history.

  • What are cut-off times for processing scanned checks?

    Scan and upload checks by the following cut-off time 10 a.m., 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. in order to have the funds uploaded to your account that same day.

  • What kind of hardware is required?

    The following scanners are compatible:  Epson Capture One and Digital Check.

  • What do we do with the checks after scanning?

    We suggest that you securely store the checks for 30 days and then be sure to securely destroy them.
