NOTE: Any requests for changes to your policy are not effective until authorized and confirmed by a licensed representative of Bank Midwest Insurance. Confirmations will typically be communicated within 1 business day.
Set Up Digital Access To Your Insurance
Have the following information available to set up digital access:
On your computer, open the Login menu found at BankMidwest.com (see the top of this page). Click Insurance Services and the Create New Account button.
With your smart phone, download the Bank Midwest Mobile Insurance app. Click the Sign Me Up link to get started.
Enter your email, phone and policy number (no spaces or dashes) to create your account. Next, set up your password. Your email will be your username.
Note: The same username and password is used to login with your computer or mobile app.
If you forget or lose your password, click a link in the app to reset your password. The email will be sent from the email address: [email protected] by Bank Midwest Insurance Services. A link send in the body of the email will walk you through resetting your password.
