Receive a text from a 10-digit number claiming to be from Bank Midwest? Do not respond. We only send automated alerts from shortcodes and will never ask for your account or login information. If you responded to a text followed by a phone call from a ‘representative’ of Bank Midwest gathering more details, please contact us using the number on your debit card or our website, 888.902.5662.
1. Log in.

2. Click Statements
Select Statements in the left navigation menu.
3. Change delivery preferences
Switch your delivery preference from mail to electronic for one or all of your accounts.
