2019 Spring Flood Fundraising

Bank Midwest Collecting Donations on Behalf of The American Red Cross Benefiting the Spring 2019 Flood Victims

Bank Midwest has announced that each branch, as well as the website https://www.redcross.org/donate/cm/bankmidwest-pub.html/ , will serve as a repository for cash donations to benefit victims of the Spring 2019 Flood.

“As a community bank, we’re dedicated to helping communities near and far,” states Bank Midwest President, Mary Kay Bates. “This situation is testing the resolve of many communities in the Midwest. A number of people and organizations are stepping up to help volunteer, sandbag and donate food and supplies already. By working with the American Red Cross, we can financially help support the families and farmers affected by this disaster even if we can’t be there in person to help.”

The American Red Cross has already set up emergency shelters, and is working around the clock to help men, women and families displaced by the flooding. The American Red Cross is a humanitarian organization that provides emergency assistance, disaster relief, and education across the US.

For more information about what The American Red Cross is doing to help, call 1-800-Red-Cross or visit www.redcross.org. All donations to the American Red Cross are tax deductible.
