Sauk Rail Trail
Stretching across 33 miles, the Sauk Rail Trail is a concrete and asphalt recreational trail that runs alongside an abandoned railroad, connecting Blackhawk Lake State Park with Swan Lake State Park, the only one of its kind in Iowa that connects two state parks. Visitors can enjoy activities such as hiking and biking, or cross-country skiing and snowmobiling in the winter.
Black Hawk State Park (Lakeview)
