Bank Midwest has fulfilled Blue Zones Worksite designation criteria as outlined at www.bluezonesproject.com, including the registration and engagement of more than 25 percent of their employees. The designation criteria include the areas of leadership, purpose, habitat and physical environment, engagement and creation of social networks, policies and benefits, and well-being solutions.
