We require an annual security training for our customers when handling checks and deposits remotely. At least one representative from your organization must attend this risk management training each year.
To start the training:
- Click the session, Remote Deposit Capture Client Training, to watch the online webinar — approx. 28 minutes in length.
- Tell us you’ve completed the training. Fill out the form labeled “Mark Session Completed.”
- Print the session checklist provided on the training site for future reference.
NOTE: Online Deposit is also known as Remote Deposit Capture used throughout the training site and resources.
