Report Lost or Stolen Card

Report a lost or stolen card immediately.

Depending upon your card type, there are various options on how to suspend or deactivate your cards.

If your debit card is lost or stolen you have options on how to proceed:

SUSPEND YOUR DEBIT CARD

From the  Mobile App

Use the mobile banking app to suspend your card if you temporarily misplace your card or find a questionable transaction. Once your card is location or transaction mystery solved, you can re-activate the card by logging back into the mobile app.

DEACTIVATE YOUR DEBIT CARD

with Online Banking or the Mobile App

If you KNOW your card has been lost or stolen, deactivate your debit card through online or mobile banking.  THIS ACTION CANNOT BE REVERSED. Please call the next business day if you wish to have your debit card re-issued in a local branch. Otherwise, we can order one for you which you should receive within 14 days. Online Banking:

  • Log in
  • Select the Settings menu to find the Debit Card options.  Mark your card as “Lost/Stolen.”
