Claim Guidelines
- Notify your local insurance agent or your insurance carrier as soon as possible
- Notify police when theft is involved
- Protect property from further damages
- Provide your carrier with any receipts or bills for temporary repairs
- Provide your carrier all information related to the time, place, and circumstances of the loss
- Provide your carrier the names, addresses and phone numbers of any claimants and witnesses
- Cooperate with the insurance carrier and agent
- Provide proof of loss when requested
